DDH Children Center was established in 2002 by Dago Women Group under the leadership and guidelines set by the community. Dago Women Group was hosting a Peace-Corp volunteer Caroline Pollick. During that time and they all identified the major HIV/Aid infections and affects in the village. Now Dago is permanent home to 36 vulnerable and orphaned children and runs a day-feeding program for over 114 children.
DDH is registered as a Community Based Organization for the purpose of caring for orphaned and vulnerable children in need and helping provide all the basic needs while under our care.
